I work as:

An Associate at Coaching Impact Ltd. www.coachingimpact.co.uk

A Founding Partner of Coaching Parents www.coachingparents.co.uk

As a coach and facilitator, I create a space in which clients can step back and see things differently, sparking real growth and sustainable change.

My clients find themselves liberated and empowered by accessing the things that they had known on a deep level but had not yet brought to the surface.

I confront and test established and unhelpful patterns and encourage my clients to identify the internal and external resources that will help them to move forward.

My coaching offers warmth and a lightness of touch as well robustness and challenge.

I came to coaching after spending 11 years in education, 9 of them in a challenging London comprehensive, culminating in a senior management role with responsibility for student needs and behaviour.

My experiences in schools grew my belief in the potential of every individual.

Coaching has shown me how that belief can become something palpable.

Creativity, energy and esteem arise from knowing that you are being heard, from understanding that there are always choices and from truly owning the choices that you make.

As a member of The International Coach Federation I am fully committed to its Code of Ethics, philosophy, principles and standards.

The Muhammad Ali quotation on my home page was sent to me by a client in response to the work we had done together. As well as being thrilled to hear the impact of the work, I found that it summed up perfectly the effect that great coaching and facilitation has had on me. It is my belief in and commitment to creating spaces in which people can understand what is true for them, what they want, and how they can move forward confidently and positively, that drives the way I work.
